​The Bears paw Home Renovation project involved a complete home renovation where we had to remodel the home made in the 1950s. We had to redesign and renovate the house from scratch. We modified the floor plan and made it more efficient, functional and contemporary.We had to bring more spacing to the kitchen and living room by moving and removing the walls.

The project went so smooth with a very successful result that brought up this beautiful house today with a wonderful open room concept. We modernized the kitchen and made it more sophisticated and appealing with a 13' island that is perfect for entertainment. The amazing part of this is the two-tone design we had for the kitchen, as we finished it by equipping it with an Executive Chef Level set of stainless steel appliances

We then equipped the main floor with two well-designed bedrooms, with the master bedroom featuring a walk-in closet and four-piece en-suite. Our team added a full bathroom beside the second bedroom. We opted to redo the lower level/basement and equipped it with the 3rd and 4th bedrooms and a large space for an office or a den. The main features that we added to the house are an entertainment room that can be used for gaming, a wet bar and a larger space that can be used as a media or family room. We featured an LED lighting system all throughout the house. We also opted to replace the red bricks that were used on the previous house design and the green sidings on the house with grey sidings with a more stable stone option.
