The Damen-built 2813 vessel features our innovative male-female interlocking fender automatic design, offering cost savings, structural stability, easy installation, and convenient transportation. The vessel uses cylindrical fenders known for low reaction force, high energy absorption, easy installation, and maintenance. The automatic fenders are constructed with a high-strength, wear-resistant outer layer and a polyester-reinforced composite rubber inner layer.

We have five D-fender vulcanizing machines: 7 meters, 6.8 meters, 5.5 meters 3 meters, and 2.8 meters in length. We could produce super long D-fenders by jointing in length with a special technique - joint parts semi-vulcanization control.

We have three specialized W-fender vulcanizing machines: 2.8m 3m, and 5.5m in length. W-fenders are vulcanized well by pieces, spread the floating pneumatic rubber fenders in line, marking out based on the drawings, and then put on the sawing machine for cutting.

We have three vulcanizing tanks: two 21m length tanks and one is 4m length tanks for different length cylindrical fenders. The biggest cylindrical fender we could supply is around 20m in length and the diameter is 1.2m.
Fenders For Inflatable Boats
Automatic Production Facility- 2sets
In 2019,Tonly invested in the new automatic production facility for cylindrical fenders. This new facility could be automatically integrdined from mixed rubber extruded to rubber sheets, rubber sheets winding and sticking on the roller to cloth winding. Finally put it into vulcanizing tank for vulcanization.
In 2021, Tonly invested the second new automatic facility. Effectively control the stability and compaction of rubber material. Besides it could save around 30% working time.
Floating Dock Fenders
Automatic Groove Cutting Machine
Precisely ensure the groove location and save the working time. The most importance is that it can improve the fender rubber material whole fluidity by using the new facility, and reduce the groove ends cracks problems (comparing with old process by using the iron clamps).
