Hey, When I went to the China Eastern Airlines Office in Tokyo to get assistance with my reservation, I was greeted by polite and capable staff members. They provided detailed explanations of the luggage, cancellation, and ticket change policies. It was a little annoying, however, that the wait time was longer than expected.
