Manufacturing Flow of Headstream Building Panels

We have a top-tier material testing lab with over 30 professional devices, focusing on physical, mechanical, and combustibility testing of enclosure system materials and finished products, as well as new product R&D. Quality control covers raw material inspection, component testing, product inspection, and lab analysis, ensuring quality management throughout the process.

 

Color Steel Coil Inspection

Carefully examining the raw material—color steel coils. These coils, typically made of coated steel, are checked for surface quality, thickness, and uniformity to ensure they meet the requirements for durability and aesthetics in the final product.

 

Color Steel Plate Reinforcement and Profiling

The inspected steel coils are then unrolled and fed into a machine that strengthens and shapes them. Rollers press the steel into specific profiles, such as corrugated or flat patterns, enhancing structural integrity and preparing it for the sandwich panel's outer layers.

 

Foaming of Mixed Materials

A core insulating material, often polyurethane or polystyrene, is prepared by mixing chemical components. This mixture is injected or poured between two steel layers, where it expands and hardens, forming a lightweight yet strong insulating core that defines the panel’s thermal and acoustic properties.

 

Dual-Track Molding

The assembled layers enter a dual-track system. This continuous molding process applies pressure and heat, ensuring the core Ascertaining the core adheres uniformly to the steel, creating a solid, cohesive panel as it moves along the production line.

 

Precise Cutting and Air Drying

Packaging and Ready to Ship

Finally, the finished panels are stacked, wrapped, and secured with protective materials to prevent damage during transport. They are then labeled to ensure traceability from factory to construction site.
