The core services include:
- CNC Milling (3, 4, and 5-Axis): This is the most versatile process, where a rotating cutting tool removes material from a stationary or multi-axis-articulated metal block. We utilize 3-axis milling for standard geometries and 5-axis simultaneous milling for complex, contoured parts like impellers or aerospace components, which allows for machining multiple faces in a single setup.
- CNC Turning: Performed on a lathe, this service is ideal for creating cylindrically symmetrical parts such as shafts, pins, bushings, and threads. We utilize sophisticated Turn-Mill Centers which combine both turning and milling capabilities on one machine to process parts with both round and cross-drilled/milled features seamlessly.
