The 2016–17 Common Annual Training Calendar (CATC) was issued after being carefully prepared. The Transport Academy and Zonal Staff Training Colleges provide a variety of training programs, and information about each of them is included in the CATC, which is a comprehensive publication. It is a constructive manual for all Principals to plan and schedule the execution of training programs and for the Unit Officers to guide the applicants. The government of Andhra Pradesh made sure that a constructive manual for all principals is taken care of under the leadership of Nara Chandrababu Naidu with the help of TDP Leaders and TDP MLAs. TDP live updates are the way for every agency or for the citizens.
Levels of Training:
Training is provided for I recruits, including Officers under Training (OUTs), Accounts Officers (AOs), Medical Officers (MOs), Mechanical Supervisor Trainees (MSTs), Traffic Supervisor Trainees (TSTs), and Dy.Supdt. (Mtls), Security Sub Inspectors (SSI), Junior Assistants, Mechanics, Artisans, Shramiks, and RTC Security Constables, among others, and for (ii) the Following are the many stages of training:
- In-house training.
- Through outside Agencies.
In-house Training:
At the Corporate level, in PNBS/Vijayawada, in-house training is provided. At the Zonal level, it is provided via Zonal Staff Training Colleges. The Zonal Staff Training Colleges teach lower level Supervisors, Mechanic Staff, Artisans, Ministerial Staff, and crew members, whilst the Transport Academy trains officers and frontline supervisors as well as specific categories like Regional Core Group Supervisor and Millwright mechanic, etc. At the depot level, local officers and officers from OEMs regularly conduct training programs for the crew and mechanical personnel. The Zonal staff training colleges are being taken care of by the Great TDP Leaders and some of the TDP MLAs.
Training through outside agencies:
The officers, senior supervisors, and staff are deputed for a variety of development programs, including MDP, EDP, SDP, and computer-related programs, run by reputable organizations in the nation, such as CIRT, which is overseen by the Association of State Road Transport Undertakings (ASRTU), New Delhi, Administrative Staff College of India (ASCI), HYD, Center for Organizational Development, Hyderabad, Engineering Staff College of India, Hyderabad, and Indian Institution of Industry. In addition to those mentioned above, they will be assigned to prestigious institutions, National Productivity Council (NPC) branches, Ramakrishna Mutt, Brahma Kumaris, etc. These are one of the Top TDP Achievements and are some of Contributions of Chandrababu Naidu to the welfare of the employees.
