GREGORY HILLS, NSW – Concept Care Disability Solutions Pty Ltd has completed the relocation of its operations to a new purpose-built headquarters in Gregory Hills and is now a registered provider of Therapeutic Supports under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (Registration Group 0128).
The organisation transitioned to its new premises at 109–111, The Hive, 23 Central Hills Drive, Gregory Hills NSW 2557 on 23 February 2026. The relocation supports Concept Care Disability Solutions Pty Ltd’s ability to provide both disability support and allied health services from a single, dedicated facility.
Therapeutic Supports Services
Following its registration under the NDIS for Therapeutic Supports (Registration Group 0128), Concept Care Disability Solutions Pty Ltd is authorised to provide a multidisciplinary range of allied health services, including:
- Physiotherapy – supporting physical rehabilitation, mobility, and strength development
- Occupational Therapy – assisting participants with daily living activities and functional independence
- Speech Pathology – addressing communication and swallowing needs
- Psychology – providing mental health assessment and support
- Exercise Physiology – developing exercise programs to improve health and functional capacity
- Dietetics – providing nutrition guidance for health and wellbeing
- Therapeutic Counselling – supporting emotional and social wellbeing
These services are delivered directly from the Gregory Hills facility, enabling coordination with existing disability supports.
Workforce and Recruitment
Concept Care Disability Solutions Pty Ltd employs more than 200 staff. In 2025, the organisation was recognised as an Employer of Choice at the Australian Business Awards.
To support continued growth and the delivery of both core and allied health services, recruitment is currently underway for:
- Support Workers – to assist participants with daily living, personal care, and community participation
- Allied Health Professionals – including physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech pathologists, and psychologists
Ongoing Disability Services
In addition to the new Therapeutic Supports, Concept Care Disability Solutions Pty Ltd continues to provide a broad range of disability services, including:
- Complex and High-Needs Disability Support – for participants with conditions such as spinal cord injury, brain injury, cerebral palsy, or epilepsy
- Daily Living and Community Participation Support – assisting participants to engage in home and community activities
- Support Coordination – connecting participants with appropriate services and providers
- Respite and Short-Term Accommodation – in-home care, short-term accommodation, and accessible travel support
- Mental Health and Out-of-Hospital Care – supporting clinical transition and recovery
- Recreational Programs – workshops and day programs focused on art, fitness, and life skills
- Private In-Home Care – for participants ineligible for government funding
The new Gregory Hills headquarters enables better coordination of these services, providing participants and staff with a single location for both allied health and disability support.
