1. Stop eating junk, especially sugar and high fructose corn syrup, Aaptiv Fitness Program Review and processed foods. At least, cut way back on them. Never drink alcohol.

2. Go for the fiber in fruits, vegetables. nuts, breads, and cereals. Avoid low-fiber carbs.

3. Go for protein throughout the day to keep yourself from feeling hunger pangs, and to help stimulate your metabolism. And, eat 5-6 smaller meals, and never, I mean NEVER, skip breakfast.

4. Stop drinking copious amounts of caffeinated coffee, which I am highly addicted to. At least, cut way back by drinking only a half-cup at a time, and substituting green tea often. Caffeine really stimulates my appetite.
