In my last three articles, I talked about the ups and downs in affiliate marketing, two aspects of business models, and why it is more important to provide value to people than anything else - including confidence in your business success. Here, I will explain 6 different online marketing models, which are fairly generic.
1. Affiliate Marketing
The first model is by far the most basic and basic to all beginners. That is, by getting people's products and services - whether digital or physical - and getting paid. There are many ways to do this, but this is another topic I want to talk about today.
E-commerce
The second model is e-commerce.
While it may seem like the first thing that you see promoting physical products as a branch office, this is not the case.
This actually means that you do not need to spend tens of thousands of dollars in physical storefront rent, staffing and inventory costs, but you can create a virtual store through e-commerce sites.
Contrary to the traditional model, you do not need to have a lot of inventory at home.
You only need good contacts from reliable suppliers who are willing to provide you with products to your customers while ensuring they are in good shape and determining what your customers need when placing an order.
The only advice is to build an electronic store is very challenging. Especially for beginners who know nothing about web design.
Even if you hire a freelancer, you may need to pay hundreds or even thousands of dollars because you can get more money in your store than you initially invested, though you can not make money right away.
3. Local business consulting
If you are already proficient in website construction and rank it on top of Google, you can become a local business consultant whether you run a business, a cafe or a store.
If you can get customers in other online strategies, that will be better.
However, I do not recommend this to beginners because most business owners hire the people most selectively the same way someone should be hired during the interview.
4. Freelance
If you are good at building websites, writing articles, blog articles, e-books and short reports, designing banners, electronic covers and graphics, you can also freelance online marketers.
However, do not expect to get paid unless you are a programmer and software developer.
You can go to Elance, Fiverr and Guru and other sites to provide your services.
5. Mobile application
If you like to learn and earn money by designing mobile apps for people, this is another career you might consider.
Given the current popularity of the iPhone, people tend to browse the web from their laptops and desktops, another pattern you should consider.
6. Create and sell your own information products
I've covered this topic briefly in an article on both sides of affiliate marketing currency.
This means you write ebooks and design your own video tutorials to teach people how to do something based on your expertise and experience.
It is not necessarily just internet marketing.
It can be other things, such as smart business investment, smart financial management, personal development and health related topics.
Even based on your personal passion and hobbies of others.
