All you have to do is visit the official website www.emirates.com or download the official app.
Then select 'Manage my reservation' and fill in the six-digit reservation number and your last name.
Then click on 'Find my reservation' and choose the reservation you want to cancel.

Once you cancel your flight, the confirmation email will be sent to your inbox and the refund time is 7 to 10 days after canceling it.
