MK-SAC – SUB COMPACT IM AUTOLOAD CARTONER

The MK-SAC – Sub Compact IM Autoload Cartoner is an ultra-compact cartoner that can handle a wide range of product applications. The MK-SAC is ideal for intermittent motion applications and can include a manual, semi-automatic, or fully automatic infeed system. With its small footprint and Allen Bradley PLC and Servo motors, the MK-SAC can ensure high packaging efficiency for your cartoning applications. Standard No Product, No Carton, No Load is included as well as a robust frame and materials for quiet and efficient operation. Quick change adjustments and changeover to cut production costs are also included in the MK-SAC. The MK-SAC can handle a wide variety of carton sizes.

Furthermore, the MK-SAC features a servo-driven rotary feeder that is simple to set-up and can reach 100 cpm via intermittent motion operation. The HMI screens on the MK-SAC are intuitive and provides your production team with accurate fault diagnostics, access to all motors, cylinders, and sensors as well as easy homing guides for quick set-up and troubleshooting.
