Tadagra 20 mg is a medication used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) in men. It contains tadalafil as its active ingredient. Tadagra 20 mg contains 20 milligrams of tadalafil per tablet. Tadalafil is a phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor. Like other medications in its class, tadalafil works by increasing blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation, thereby helping men achieve and maintain an erection. The recommended starting dose for most men with ED is 10 mg taken orally approximately 30 minutes to one hour before anticipated sexual activity. Depending on individual response and tolerability, the dose may be adjusted by a healthcare provider to a maximum of 20 mg or decreased to 5 mg as needed.
