What type of products you have?

We are a manufacturer for 4 categories, including BGA rework station, 2.5D and 3D X-Ray inspection machine, inline and offline X-ray reel counter and smart storage system.

QCould I send you samples to test your machine?

Yes, welcome to send us samples to test. Few batches of sample repairing and testing are free of charge.

QWhat certificate you have for X-ray machine ? Is it safe to operate?

We have CE and FDA. Our X-ray machine radiation leakage is less than 1μSv/h when it works, meet international safety standard.

QIs it easy to operate? I have no any experience, can I also operate it well?

Our machines are designed with simple user friendly and intuitive User Interface (UI) software.

For the BGA rework station, normally it will take you 1-3 hours to learn how to operate it. If you are a technician, it will take a shorter time. English user manual and guide video are also supplied with the systems.

For the X-Ray Inspection systems, we provide detailed installation and training videos besides the user manual. Our local Agents/Distributors will also be on hand to assist in installation and training. We also hold regular training sessions either at our factory in China or at our Agent /Distributor premises. Please liaise with our local Agents and Distributors for further details.

QCould you provide on-board installation and training?Is it free of charge?

BGA machine almost installed in our company before shipping, maybe just need to install LCD. For the X-Ray inspection machine and X-Ray reel counter, you just need to install the X-Ray tube and Flat panel detector. If needed, we can send the engineer to do installation and training at your company at your cost.

QWhat is the warranty? What is the scope of warranty?

There is 1-year warranty from installation and commissioning. Any performance/hardware failure that occurs within the 1 year warranty period not caused improper or untrained use with hardware is covered, including hardware replacement, repair and labour.

QWhat is the maintenance?

All systems are maintenance free apart from an annual inspection, which will be conducted by your local Agent/Sales Office or Distributor.

QHow is the system packaged?

All machines are packed in solid wooden boxes, compliant with export regulations.
