Lifeworks in a certain possible way for every person especially if you are a foodie. I remember going once to my work spent an entire day conducting meetings after meetings and while fighting the urge to relax for a while. For me, relaxation is synonymous with food. Finally, I was informed by airport limo had arrived. With the dinner reservations at 8 pm, I was in a hurry to not be late and not to keep my date waiting for long. 

But alas! Turns out my date couldn't make it and had a rain check for that matter. But somehow sitting at the table I still ordered my favorite medium done steak with side vegetables a great bottle of wine to wash it down with and molten lava for the dessert.

My tired mood vanished the moment meat melted on my tongue.

You may reach a point in a life where certain thing affects your life, food being one of them.

A person feels powerless in depression, stress, and anxiety. A person, who is a serious workaholic, may never find time for this but somehow these feelings pass through the cracks of busy work hours and when it settles down…things get worse. 

People switch to food, comfort, and stress eating. It can make things worse or I can uplift your mood by miles. Experiencing good food and quality cooked into one dish keeps you mentally strong. Fortunately, healthy food means you can fight with anxiety and the dilemmas of the world in a better way. A healthy diet is a way to a healthy life; you can't deny the bodily benefits with the facts like

Excessive use of salt, sugar, oil or fat does not only leads to physical health problems but also dampens the good mood. The lack of energy is all reach back to the root cause: a rotten apple, skimming good portions and who knows in the name of starving or excessive eating what else is being consumed.

Sure, there are ways a lollipop can be consumed; now the way it is consumed is going to affect the mind and body regardless of what quality it may have. What if the steak wasn't good enough when the date bailed at the last minute? The mood would go down the hill and things could have gone worse otherwise.

Keep your friends and family close when grocery shopping and plan healthy getawaysExchange food items, on special occasions.
