Pattern Making & Grading
Pattern maker creates patterns for each size of the garment, taking into account the different measurements and proportions of the human body. We also create a grading system that can be used to create patterns for multiple sizes.
Technical Support On
- Fabric and Material Selection
We will counter source fabrics and materials based on your tech pack for approval, meanwhile also recommending popular fabrics that improve the performance and comfort of garments. This includes features such as moisture-wicking, UV protection, and stretch properties that enhance fit and functionality.
- Specifications and Measurements
We will ensure your designs and specifications are reasonable enough for mass production and within your budget, for example, in terms of the construction methods, garment's
dimensions, processing, care instructions, and labeling etc... and provide you with feasible alternatives for consideration.
Sampling and Prototyping
Sample garments or prototypes will be created to test the fit, function, and overall look that align with your design.
Production & Quality Control
We will oversee the cutting, sewing, and fnishing of the garments to ensure they meet the technical specifications and your free clothing design intent.
