This article introduces the current situation of the full text mandatory standards in the field of engineering construction in our country, analyzes the existing problems and shortcomings, puts forward the construction goals and ideas of the construction mandatory standard system, and initially forms the framework of my country\'s construction mandatory standard system.
1 Introduction

At the same time, engineering construction standards also have problems such as unclear positioning of the standard hierarchy, duplication and overlap between standards and mandatory provisions, which affect users\' correct understanding and accurate implementation of standards and mandatory provisions.
Gradually straightening out the relationship between mandatory standards, mandatory provisions and engineering construction standards, realizing the organic combination of the three, and building a new system of technical standards with Chinese characteristics is an important task facing the current reform of the engineering construction standards system.
Strengthening the top-level design and systematically planning the building mandatory standard system is an important basic work for gradually realizing the comprehensive coverage of the mandatory standards in the field of engineering construction.

From compulsory engineering construction standards to dividing compulsory standards and recommended standards, to compulsory provisions and compulsory standards in full text, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural
Development has been actively exploring the reform of the engineering construction standards system in order to establish a system that adapts to the development of the market economy and A new type of engineering construction standard system required for international integration.
In 2003, the original Ministry of Construction issued the task of trial compilation of technical regulations for housing construction, urban rail transit, and urban gas, which was officially launched in 2004. In 2005, the former Ministry of Construction organized and issued the compulsory national standard "House Building Code" GB50368-2005.
After that, based on the "Residential Building Code" as the basic model, the national standards "Urban Rail Transit Technical Code" GB50490-2009, "Urban Gas Technical Code" GB50494-2009, "Urban Water Supply and Drainage Technical Code" were organized and successively approved and issued.
Full-text mandatory standards such as GB50788-2012; there are 11 full-text mandatory standards under compilation or planned. See Table 1 for details. Table 1 Full text of mandatory standards in the field of housing urban and rural construction.
