Graphic Video: Cop Shoots Man 17-Times Then Stomps Head In Cleared Of Criminal, Not Liablity [Video]

A young man in Orange County, 21-yr-old Connor Zion, was having a psychotic episode when he slashed his mother in the hand. The police were called and when they rolled up, Connor attacked one of the officers with a knife and stabbed him. The other responding officer who arrived, deputy Michael Higgings, unloaded his whole clip in Connor and can be seen in the disturbing video stomping his head in after the fact. The officer’s actions (we don’t know how) have been deemed reasonable, but a court just said the pig can still be liable for the death of Zion. The shooting officer was actually given the medal of honor for his actions here.
Judge Alex Kozinski said;
“If a suspect is on the ground and appears wounded, a reasonable officer would reassess the situation rather than continue shooting,”
“But they must stop using deadly force when the suspect no longer poses a threat.”
