Green Salads are an important part of your daily diet. Salads are a great source of fiber, vitamins and minerals, yet people don't eat them very often. They don't realize how many health benefits they have. Salads can include lettuce, beets, cucumbers, tomatoes and onions. They all have a lot of nutritional value as well as health benefits. Jaffa Salads

To make an incredibly healthy green salad, you need to know two things:

Colors: The more vibrant the colors, the better the appearance of the salad. A colorful salad is also popular with children.

A nice salad dressing makes it perfect. Salad dressings are essential for making a tasty salad. If you want to save some time, ready-made salad dressings can be a great option. However, if you enjoy experimenting with food and know exactly what is in your salad, making your own dressing will make it a memorable event. You might even be able to save some money. You can use any ingredients you want.

First, let me show you how I make an amazing green salad dish.

Half teaspoon of chili powder is optional
If you prefer a creamy salad dressing, use mayonnaise with sourcream.

Preparation:

* In a large bowl, combine all ingredients for the salad.
Mix all dressing ingredients together in a bowl.
Dress the salad by pouring the dressing over it and then tossing.
The salad may be refrigerated for 30 minutes before serving if required.
