Exoprimal is a brand-new shooting video game created by Capcom. It's been through two open beta tests and had a lot of excitement surrounding it during the Xbox Showcase event. This game is set to hit the market on July 14, 2023, and you'll be able to play it on your PC, PlayStation 4/5, or Xbox Series XIS. This article is basically focused on exoprimal game modes but before diving intto details, let’s know basics of exoprimal

Getting to Know Exoprimal Game Modes

Exoprimal is mainly about players teaming up to fight against monsters while also competing with each other. It's a mix of Player versus Player and Player versus Environment, meaning you'll be battling both the computer-controlled monsters and other human players.

The creatures you'll face in Exoprimal are kind of like dinosaurs, but they've been altered and now have unique powers.

To stand a chance against these dino-mutants with lasers and other deadly gadgets, you get to wear special suits called Exosuits. We'll dig deeper into these suits shortly, but first, let's check out the different game options.

Exoprimal Game Modes

Exoprimal isn't just a one-trick pony. It offers not one, not two, but seven different game modes, each offering a unique gaming experience.

The main one is the Dinosaur Survival Mode, where you team up with up to five other players to go on exciting missions, face special enemies, and follow an engaging storyline. In these missions, you'll tackle various tasks you might have seen in other games, like protecting someone, eliminating targets, or hunting creatures. Your goal is to do better than the other players with the same objective. Then there's the Dinosaur Cull Mode, which is a bit like those Monster Hunter games. You have to defeat a specific dino while handling other smaller foes on the side. There's also a Defense mode, where you must protect your ship from waves of dinosaurs. In Capture the Flag, your mission is to carry a flag or, in this case, a key card, from one end of the map to the other without getting taken down.Omega Charge is a game mode where you face particularly huge dinosaurs. To defeat them, you'll need to charge up a massive hammer that'll do the hard work for you.In Energy Taker mode, you have to collect as much energy as possible within a specific time limit to beat the opposing team. The Savage Gauntlet mode is an intense endgame challenge. Here, you confront weekly-changing challenges against the same foes, aiming to be as quick as possible.

To succeed, you'll need to set traps and prepare for different types of enemies. You can replay this mission as many times as you want to beat your previous records and possibly climb to the top of the world leaderboard for that mission.

So, Exoprimal offers a range of game modes that bring in familiar elements from other games while adding its own unique twists. This mix should keep different types of players entertained without getting bored too quickly.
