The MTS exam is conducted for the recruitment of the candidates for multi-tasking task (MTS) Group 'C' Ministerial posts. All the candidates that plan to appear for the MTS exam, be it DRDO MTS or the SSC MTS exam, must be thoroughly aware of the entire exam syllabus. SSC MTS English Language Tips

The questions in English topic will also be simple and usually direct. They will be of a level that with a good understanding of basic English rules, you can easily solve them. 

Questions usually come from a selected number of topics, make sure you prepare them well. 

The questions from this topic are not that difficult, they can be easily solved with an understanding of English basics. 

Prepare this topic well and the questions are easy to solve which makes this topic very scoring. 

Topics to focus on in this section– 

Grammar, Synonyms, Antonyms and Its Correct Usage, Sentence Structure, Vocabulary, etc.

SSC MTS General Awareness Tips

The questions in this topic will be of moderate level. The questions will be more memory-based and related to current affairs.

The questions are designed for testing the candidate’s ability to general awareness of their surrounding environment and its application to society.

Reading newspapers is advised to always stay updated about the latest news.

As these are memory-based questions, use flashcards and revise the topics daily. 

Topics to focus on from this section – 

Questions relating to the observations made every day and the experience in their scientific aspect, general polity including Indian constitution, Questions related to India and its neighboring countries (especially related to sports), culture, geography, history, economic scene, etc.
