The Hero Pleasure Plus comes with basic features like stylized steel wheels, an electric starter, and a part-digital instrument cluster as standard. The top-end Pleasure Plus Xtec variant offers additional features such as an LED projector headlamp, chrome rearview mirrors, chrome garnish on the front fender, and a pillion seat backrest. It also includes optional Bluetooth connectivity. With this feature, the blue LCD screen not only displays the fuel gauge and odometer but also notifies incoming calls and SMS alerts.

Hero MotoCorp relies on a dependable single-cylinder, air-cooled, 110.9cc engine to power the Pleasure Plus, which was initially introduced alongside the Maestro Edge 110. This engine is designed to deliver 8.1 horsepower at 7000 revolutions per minute (rpm) and generates 8.7 Newton-meters of torque at 5500 rpm. It is seamlessly paired with a V-belt automatic transmission, ensuring smooth acceleration and ease of operation for riders.

The Hero Pleasure Plus, a popular scooter in India, retains a classic trailing link setup for its front suspension, providing reliable handling characteristics. At the rear, it features a robust single-sided swingarm equipped with spring-loaded hydraulic dampers, contributing to smooth rides over various road surfaces.
This scooter is equipped with sturdy 10-inch steel wheels fitted with 90/100-10 tubeless tyres both at the front and rear, ensuring good grip and stability. It employs efficient 130mm drum brakes on both wheels, offering adequate stopping power for city commuting and occasional rides.
