How to Reset your SBCGlobal Email and ATT.net Email Password.
Visit the SBCGlobal Email/ATT.net Email login page at www.signin.att.com or www.digitallockerr.att.net.
Click on “Forgot Password”.
Alternatively, begin directly on the Forgot Password reset page.
On the “Find Your Password” page, enter your SBCGlobal Email or ATT Email User ID in the first field (If you do no know your User ID, then click on “Find your User ID”.
Enter your Last Name in the second field.
Click on “Continue”.
Follow the instructions. You may have to answer your security questions. If you choose to get a new temporary password, however, the temporary email will be emailed to your secondary contact email address, or sent as an SMS to your associated mobile phone, depending on your choice.
Change your new temporary password.
How to Reset Your ATT.net and SBCGlobal Email Password
Visit www.signin.att.com or www.digitallockerr.att.net to access the SBCGlobal Email/ATT.net Email login page.
Then select "Forgot Password."
Alternately, start at the page to reset a forgotten password.
Enter your SBCGlobal Email or ATT Email User ID in the first field on the "Find Your Password" screen. If you are unsure of your User ID, click "Find your User ID."
Your last name should be typed in the second field.
Then click "Continue."
Observe the directions. Your security questions may require an answer from you. However, if you decide to acquire a new temporary password, the temporary email will be sent to your secondary contact email address or, if you have a mobile phone associated with the account, sent as an SMS.
Visit the Password Reset page, enter your User ID/Email address and last name, and then follow the on-screen steps to reset a forgotten SBCGLobal or ATT.net password. You can also choose to connect with a live agent by selecting "Chat," searching for "Chat to Representative," selecting AT&T Internet, and entering your first name when prompted.

Do the following if you do not know your ATT.net User ID:
Visit the page for "Find your User ID."
Enter the email address for your backup contact. When you initially registered your ATT.net email address or SBCGlobal email address, you used this as your backup email address.
Click "Forgot Contact Email" and then input your AT&T mobile phone number, account number, and billing zip code if you can't recall or can't access your contact email address.
Then click "Continue."
Your contact email address will get an email containing your User ID.
