Besides being a popular tourist destination and a place where students want to do their higher studies and find jobs, the US is also a great country to do business.
People intending to enter the United States of America for business purposes must apply and hold a B1 visa. It is a non-immigrant business visa US that permits visitors to enter and engage in the following activities:
Negotiate and sign contracts with like-minded business houses.Consult with business associates in the US.Settle estates.Attend conferences, educational, professional, or business eventsAny other business-related activities. The B1 visa will allow you to develop business relationships and visit the US as often as necessary for business if your passport and visa are valid. It is easier to reapply to renew your US B1 visa by post once the original visa expires, provided there is no overstay beyond legally permitted time in your previous trips.
The visa stamp on your passport will show as B1-B2, meaning tourist/ business visa. However, the two permits are different; a B2 visa allows you to enter the US for tourism, pleasure, or visiting friends and family. Of course, you can go sightseeing or visit friends, even holding a B1 visa.
