Google Play Store Not Working

Method 1:
Clear Google Play cache. Go to Settings > Apps > Google Play (under All section) and tap Clear Cache.
Method 2:
Clear Google Play data. Go to Settings > Apps > Google Play (under All section) and tap Clear Data.

Clear Google Play Services cache and data.
Method 4:
Go to Settings > Apps > Google Play Store and tap Uninstall updates. Then, download the older version of the app.
Method 5:
Navigate to Settings > Accounts and then select Google under "Manage accounts". Select your account, tap on three dots to open the menu and then click on Remove. If you have more than one account, remove them all. Once you are done, go to Settings > Accounts > Add Account, select Google and add your account.
Method 6:
If nothing else works, you can perform a factory data reset. Backup your files first, then go to Settings > Backup & Reset, select Factory data reset and then confirm the action.
