First, ‌wash your face twice a day with a gentle cleanser. Be sure to rinse your skin well and avoid rubbing it too hard.

The National Sleep Foundation recommends that adults aged 26-64 get 7-9 hours of sleep per night. Teenagers need ‌around 9-10 hours per night. You may think that you can function just fine on 5 or 6 hours of sleep per day.

5. Take time for yourself. 

It is so important to take some time for yourself. When you are constantly taking care of everyone else, it can be really easy to forget about your own needs. But if you don't take the time to relax and recharge, you'll eventually feel burned out.
