The seeds of neem trees are used to make neem oil. It is one of the most important things that neem has to give and is used in organic farming and medicine. It keeps many kinds of bugs away, like mealybugs, aphids, and thrips. Neem oil drives away bugs that are eating the plant and works as an insect protection.

Here are some ways that neem oil can be used on indoor plants.

Mist the leaves

Mix 10 ml of neem oil with 500 ml of water, and then spray the mixture on the leaves of the plant with powdery mildew. Shake the bottle well before you use it.

Keeps away bugs

Aphids on trees can be killed with neem oil. Fill a spray bottle with 1 litre of water, 1 teaspoon of organic neem oil, and 4 teaspoons of liquid soap. Then, spray the hurt parts of the plants with the mixture.

Kill the whiteflies

Neem oil can be used to control whiteflies. To use neem oil, mix a half tablespoon of it with one teaspoon of liquid soap in a litre of water. Mix everything together and spray it on plants with bugs.

Get rid of the flies

You can also use the same solution to kill thrips, which are annoying plant pests.

Get rid of the scale on plants. Scale insects eat many different kinds of plants, which makes them smaller and less appealing. Mixing neem oil with soap solution and water can get rid of plant scale.Don't touch mealybugs.

Mealybugs die slowly from neem oil, but it leaves behind a substance that keeps them from coming back.

Keeps mould away

Mix one part neem oil with two parts liquid soap, and then add one litre of water. Fungus gnats will be gone after doing this. Put everything into the pot. Fungus can't grow in the dirt if you do this.

Remove Spider mites

Neem tree is very good at keeping spider mites away, but it takes time to work. Clean the leaves with a wet cloth before spraying the solution on them to make it work better. Use a combination of half a teaspoon of neem oil, one teaspoon of liquid detergent, and one litre of water to spray the infected parts of the plant.

The same mix of neem oil, liquid soap, and water can be used to clean indoor plants. It cleans and shines up your plants.

Mosquito Repellant

Mosquitoes prefer to hide amidst indoor plant leaves. Neem oil will keep mosquitoes away from plants that have been sprayed.
