When the program is unable to sync because of a corrupt download location or misconfigured settings, QuickBooks Desktop Error 15102 appears. Payroll downloads or updates are hampered by it. Make sure the download location is accurate, check the mapped network drive settings, and turn off shared downloads in order to solve.
