Kokum juice is a powerhouse of nutrients like Vitamins A, C, and B3, including minerals like iron, calcium, manganese, and zinc. Kokum juice also has folic acid, ascorbic acid, acetic acid and fibre. The kokum tree is a fruit-bearing tree from the mangosteen family, Garcinia Indica. The tree is native to Africa and Asia.
