Jesus Strategy Discipleship

Jesus' three main principles for discipleship were as follows:

Relationship: Jesus spent time getting to know his disciples, spending time with them, and developing relationships with them. He spent time ministering, traveling, and eating with them.

Teaching: As part of his strategy for making disciples, Jesus also instructed his followers on how to live as obedient representatives of his kingdom. To make God's will and purposes clear to his disciples, he used parables, signs, and direct instruction.

Jesus also set an example for the kind of life he was asking his followers to live. He taught his disciples how to love and serve others and exemplified compassion, humility, and obedience to God.
