Jumbo Bagging Machines: An Investment Worth Making
Jumbo Bag Filling Machine is used for dust free and efficient filling of big bags and FIBC’s, Suitable for all kinds of bulk solids (Granule, Powder, Pallets & Flakes) with various dosing feeders according to the characteristics of the product. These machines are commonly used in industries such as agriculture, construction, and mining, where bulk materials such as sand, gravel, or grains need to be packaged and transported in large quantities.
The following Dosing feeders with controls are available for filling material into the jumbo bags depending on material properties

The inlet spout is clamped on a pneumatic Bag holder. The Jumbo Bag is inflated using an independent blower so that it will get a better shape during filling. The weight of the bag is tared in gross machine. The material is fed to the bag at coarse and fine feed till the target weight is reached. The Machine is equipped with connection flange for ventilation and or dust exhaust. Dust collection connection points are provided to ensure dust free loading.
We have supplied these types of Jumbo Bag Filling Machines to GSFC, Andritz, Tata Steel, UPL, Atul Ltd, and many others elite companies.
The Machine comes with the following features :
Bottom Vibration arrangement-For proper compaction of the material during fillingRoller Bed Conveying-For automatic feeding and conveying of the Pallets. (Optional)A bulk bagging machine, also known as a FIBC (Flexible Intermediate Bulk Container) filling machine, is a type of equipment used for filling large bags or containers with bulk materials such as grains, powders, and chemicals. Bulk bagging machines are commonly used in industries such as agriculture, construction, and mining where bulk materials are transported and stored in large quantities.
The bulk bagging machine is designed to fill bags of various sizes and types. The bags themselves are typically made of woven polypropylene and can hold anywhere from 500 to 2000 kg of material. Bulk bagging machines can come in different types and configurations depending on the specific application and material being handled.
The process of filling bags with a bulk bagging machine typically involves placing an empty bag onto the machine's filling spout and securing it in place. The material is then fed into the bag through the spout, either through a gravity-fed system or with the help of a pneumatic or mechanical conveyor. Once the bag is full, it is removed from the spout and sealed with a tie or a heat-sealing mechanism.
Bulk bagging machines can help increase efficiency and productivity in industries that require large quantities of materials to be transported and stored. They can also help ensure accurate and consistent filling of bags, reducing the risk of product loss or waste. Additionally, bulk bagging machines can be designed to be fully automated, which reduces labor costs and increases throughput.
One of the main advantages of using a bulk bagging machine is that it can significantly improve the efficiency of the packaging process. These machines can fill bags much faster than manual labor, which can save time and money for the company. Additionally, the accurate weighing system ensures that each bag is filled with the correct amount of material, reducing waste and ensuring consistency in the product.
Another advantage of using a bulk bagging machine is that it can reduce the risk of injuries and accidents in the workplace. Manual handling of heavy bags can be dangerous and can cause strain and injury to workers. By using a bulk bagging machine, the heavy lifting is done by the machine, reducing the risk of injury to workers.
