A wide range of research and diagnostic applications depend upon cellular analysis. However, the available microscopy techniques may act as a limiting factor. The good news is holotomographic microscopy can overcome many such limitations and allow researchers to study, diagnose and treat several diseases more closely.

Tomocube’s innovative holotomographic microscopes use optical diffraction tomography. It allows users to examine cells and tissues quantitatively as well as non-invasively. The optical diffraction tomography reconstructs the live cell refractive index (RI) distributions, thus providingvaluable information about the cell, such as morphology, dry mass and dynamics of the cellular membrane.

Tomocube’s holotomographic microscopes are best known for:

What is the difference between various holotomographic microscopes by Tomocube?

HT-1H

The HT-1H is the first gen Holotomographic microscope by Tomocube. It provideslabel-free, high-resolution, 3D imaging at 2.5fps. The stage is motorized and allows tile-stitching and multi-point analysis, and a stage-top incubation chamber for live-cell imaging setup.

HT-2H

The HT-2H is the second gen holotomographic microscope by Tomocube. True to its name, the HT-2Hoffers label-free 3D imaging at a high resolution. What is different is you can pair it with an external fluorescence module for 3D fluorescence z-stacks, and overlay label-free data with traditional fluorescence information. The motorized system provides the same benefit as in HT-1H.

HT-X

The HT-X combines all the benefits of the other HT series microscopes and adapts them into a multi-well plate format. It is a high-throughput Holotomographic microscope, capable of 3D label-free imaging at high resolution and 3D fluorescence imaging.
