So if you have a stud finder you can just you know stick it around all over the wall and figure out where they are and mark them and move on from this if you don't have one I actually have two Metal Corner Brackets I've made that shows how to find wall studs without a stud finder now the first one uses outlets on the wall plus a little measuring and testing with a nail hit the nail in a few spots to figure out where it is it's pretty simple and it works great lots of people like that Metal Corner Brackets if it seems like too much you just don't mess with that I have an even easier Metal Corner Brackets that has really blown up lately and it uses strong magnets I actually used a kitchen magnet here to find my studs and for whatever reason within the last month or two that Metal Corner Brackets has really blown up couple hundred thousand views all kinds of comments good and bad it's just interesting how well that one took off anyway that's the method I used to find mine. Large metal corner brackets. Metal corner brackets for wood. Heavy-duty metal corner brackets. Long metal corner brackets. Metal corner brackets Screwfix. Decorative metal corner brackets. Corner brace brackets. L brackets.

Outdoor screws Screwfix. Railway Sleeper Brackets. Screwfix railway sleeper brackets. Railway sleeper brackets b&q. So I marked them with tape so I know exactly where my studs are and I didn't have to use pencil sayings you know peel a tape off and I'll have to repaint over anything but anyway now what I can do is stick my wall braces on there and I know exactly where to put in screws for the strongest mounts and I mentioned earlier that from a corner to the end of where my diagonal board meets is at 34 inches but I've actually decided that my little wall mount needs to be a little bit shorter so I'm gonna go at 33 and a half so that way it doesn't happen to stick out past where my front edges this one be you know safe than sorry on that one so anyway Outdoor Screws I'll make this one here thirty-three and a half inches and then this one it will come out to thirty-three and a half inches but you got to think the thickness of this board here I got to chop off.

So that little three-quarter inch there so anyway that's what I'll do next I'll measure and cut my boards and get them mounted to the wall outdoor screws all right so I brought in the wall braces after I cut and sanded them I decided to go ahead and just leave them raw there's no stain there's no clear coat I'm going to leave them as is I think they're kind of cool-looking so now what I need to do is figure out a height to mount them so that I can level it out and then start to pre-drill amount to the wall so first things first I just want to kind of see how high our old one was their old stand and it is about 22 inches tall or so and I think that looked pretty good but it'd be a little weird because it'd fall here and I think it would look better.
