As a Software Engineer at Michelin, you will play a key role in creating business value through software development while adhering to Lean & Agile methods, quality, and security rules. Your responsibilities will include writing beautiful and clean code, conducting tests and debugging, adapting specifications to meet business needs, and deploying and operating solutions. You will work closely with senior engineers and contribute to change management, communication, and training.
Key Expected Achievements:
- Develop and maintain software following Lean & Agile methods.
- Adapt functional and/or technical specifications to cover business needs.
- Execute controls and tests to ensure quality and security.
- Deploy and operate solutions, supporting them in product mode
