Preparation before starting
Check whether all parts of the film blowing machine are normal, including motor, heater, mold, etc. Ensure that the power cord is well connected and not damaged.
Install the film tube
According to the production needs, select the appropriate film pipe, and install it on the film blowing machine. Adjust the position of the tube to ensure that it is in the center of the mold.
Full temperature
Adjust the temperature of the heater according to the characteristics of the plastic material. Too high temperature may lead to melting of the material, and too low temperature will fail to form a good film.
Adjust the air pressure
Adjust the air pressure of the blower to ensure sufficient air flow to form the film.
Start production
Start the film blower and observe the forming condition of the film. Adjust the temperature, air pressure and other parameters according to the actual situation.
Shutdown and clean up
After the production, turn off the heater and hair dryer, and then disconnect the power supply. After the machine is cooled, clean the mold and the equipment.
