Although there are several prescription drugs for erectile dysfunction, you may consider natural treatments that are available at your local health food store. Some of the best known natural remedies are Korean red ginseng, which promotes the synthesis of nitric oxide and stimulates male sexual function. Nitrates are another option. Nitrates are compounds found in food that increase blood flow and lower cholesterol.

Korean red ginseng

Recent studies suggest that Korean red ginseng has a protective effect against non-organ-specific cancers. One study examined the effects of the ginseng herb on fexofenadine disposition in rats. This study was published in the journal PLoS One. This study was double-blinded, so the researchers knew if a particular ginseng extract was affecting the testis.

A recent double-blind, placebo-controlled study found that a dietary supplement containing 1,000 milligrams of Korean red ginseng could improve erectile function. Compared to a placebo, the KRG group scored higher on the five-item International Index of Erectile Function (5-IEF), indicating that the herb improved erectile function.

Korean red ginseng promotes nitric oxide synthesis

A systematic review of erectile dysfunction treatment studies has shown that Korean red ginseng may help men achieve erections. The study included 119 men with mild to moderate erectile dysfunction (ED). The participants were given 350 milligrams of red ginseng four times daily. The study also assessed the effectiveness of the drug by using a diagnostic tool for premature ejaculation.

The constituents of Korean red ginseng are not entirely understood. One of the main unknowns is the optimal dose for therapeutic effects. Single dose studies have utilized quantities ranging from 1800 mg to 3000 mg. Four trials used 600 mg three times a day. Two trials used 900 mg, while the third used 1000 mg. It is not known whether doses should be compared based on the therapeutic effect.

Korean red ginseng stimulates male sexual function

Many traditional Asian medicines are used for treating erectile dysfunction, and Super p force is one of these. Research has shown that the herb has benefits for the penile smooth muscle, and more studies are being done to determine its role in the treatment of ED. Here are some studies about the herb's benefits for men.

In traditional Tadarise medicine, E. koreanum is used as a potent enhancer of male sexual function. Its main active constituent, icariin, has many biological effects, including cardiovascular function, hormone regulation, immunological function, and anti-tumor activity. However, it may have other benefits besides stimulating erections. For example, it is known to improve the immune system and reduce stress.

Nitrates

For many years, doctors have been hesitant to prescribe ED drugs with nitrates. But a new study suggests co-prescribing both medications has little to no risk.

One case report, published in the Annals of Internal Medicine in 1985, referred to a man who was suffering from angina pectoris. He put a nitrate patch on his penis and noticed a semi-rigid erection, but his wife was surprised when she woke up the next morning with the worst headache of her life. Further studies of nitrates for ED were not conducted, and there is still no concrete evidence to support this treatment.

Acupuncture

Aurogra 100 for erectility is one of the many treatments for erectile dysfunction. In Chinese medicine, erectile dysfunction is a deficiency in the kidneys. Unlike western medicines, which treat the symptoms, acupuncture treats the cause of the problem. This way, the body can return to its original state. In the west, erectile dysfunction affects up to 50 percent of men, and 70 percent of men over age 70. Often, erectile dysfunction is a sign of an underlying illness, like diabetes or heart disease.

The study included a systematic review of previous research on acupuncture for erectile dysfunction. To find the relevant studies, we used seven databases, including Popline, the World Health Organization Global Health Library, System for Information on Grey Literature in Europe, and Google Scholar. In addition, we conducted hand-searches using keywords to avoid missing any relevant publications. We also conducted a systematic review of a few case studies and a randomized controlled trial.

Sex therapy

Many doctors have recommended sex therapy for erectile dysfunction. While the effectiveness of this therapy varies between studies, many people have had positive results. The therapist can work with you to determine the most effective coping mechanisms. Sex therapists do not try to persuade their clients; they are trained to help you manage your sexual issues. A sex therapist will help you to better manage your sexual difficulties, thereby improving your overall relationship.

The therapist will ask you questions about your sex life, including your struggles and challenges, to determine whether you need to change your behaviors. They can also refer you to a medical doctor if they suspect that other issues may be contributing to your sexual dysfunction. The therapist may also suggest that you try touching yourself in a private room. In addition, the therapist can help you figure out what areas of your life are the most affected by your feelings.
