Problem 1- Office 365 can’t be activated. When a user is trying to activate Microsoft Office using Office 365 or he gets an error that leads to activation failure such as “We are unable to connect right now. Please check your network and try again later.”, or “Sorry we can’t connect to your account. Please try again later.”

Solution 1 - Troubleshoot the error by using the following instructions;

Fix the activation problem by using the Microsoft 365 Support and Recovery Assistant.From the office 365 settings, look for the right license.Delete the existing product key to activate the Microsoft Office program.Look for the proxy servers and firewall blocking.

 

Problem 2 - Facing problems in the Microsoft Teams app while working on the Safari browser.

Solution 2 - Go to the browser settings before opening Microsoft Teams app in the Safari browser. Untick the ‘Prevent cross-site tracking’ from the browser’s preferences. Make sure you select this again for browsing other sites once you are done with your work on Teams.

Problem 3 - Microsoft 365 cannot install or detect the new updates.

Solution 3 - See all the network connections. Then look for all the Microsoft 365 update channels by going to the File menu then clicking on Office Account then clicking on About Outlook account.

Problem 4 - Multiple add-in issues like shut down or crash, slow performance, etc.

Solution 4 - Work on your Office 365 applications without the add-ins by disabling them and running them on safe mode as advised. 

Problem 5 - After installation, temporary server issues while trying to sign in to Office 365 account for its activation.
Solution 5 - Keep doing workarounds such as checking the internet connectivity, resetting the web browser settings, servicing the Office online, disallowing the two-step verification for the Office account, and running the Office Support and Recovery Assistant. 

Problem 6 - Due to corruption in the installation file, the Office 365 setup freezes and stops responding. 

Solution 6 - You need to reinstall the Office. For that, use the Microsoft Office Uninstall wizard and delete the recently installed office and then install it again.

Problem 7 - Online sharing problems like unable to send content with other users, picture not showing up in user’s profile, site collection creation problem, access denied problem, etc.

Solution 7 - Run assigned diagnostics in Office 365 Admin centre for the particular SharePoint online and OneDrive problems.
