Display, Design, Security

The first foldable smartphone from Chinese manufacturer OnePlus is the OnePlus Open. The 7.8-inch LTPO AMOLED screen of the OnePlus Fold features a resolution of 1792 x 1920 pixels. The display screen has Corning Gorilla Glass Victus protection, a refresh rate of 120 Hz, and a pixel density of 337 PPI. The gadget has a 6.3-inch outside display. Additionally, it has an AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. All sides of the outside display have thin bezels. The smartphone contains a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for security purposes that is housed inside a power button. In terms of software, the OnePlus Open comes pre-installed with Android 13 and the OxygenOS 13 overlay.

The Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC from Qualcomm, which is supported by an Adreno 740 GPU, powers the OnePlus Open. A single Cortex X3 core running at 3.2GHz, four Cortex A715 cores running at 2.8GHz, and a Cortex A510 core running at 2GHz make up the 4nm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset. Excellent performance, quicker programme launches, and effective multitasking are all provided by this combo. Additionally, the OnePlus Open has 256GB of internal storage and 12GB of RAM. At the rear of the gadget are three cameras. A 48MP main camera, a 64MP telephoto sensor, and a 48MP ultra-wide lens are all included in the camera module. The device's front features a 32MP selfie camera on the outside display,  whereas the inner display includes a 20MP selfie camera.
