This course will enable students to design computer graphics, create interactive web sites and help develop 2D animation. In Graphic Design, students will learn to design Logos, Graphics, Brochures, Posters and Signs. After learning Website Designing, student will be able to create web sites using HTML programming and other web technologies. 2d animation is used to create motion in two-dimensional space, layering elements such as backgrounds and characters to create an illusion of depth. This is also used in corporate presentations and e-books.

BASICS OF COMPUTER AND MS OFFICE

In the modern, job environment, Basic Computer Skills are considered to be a paramount skill for everyone, helping one have an edge at workplace. In this course, students will learn Computer Fundamentals like Introduction to Computer, Hardware, Software, Operating system, Creating Files and Folders, Printing and scanning document. They will also learn MS Word to create, edit, format and print documents, MS Excel to manage accounts using spreadsheets, MS PowerPoint to create impressive presentations and Basic Internet skills like surfing web and managing emails.

GRAPHIC DESIGNING

Graphic design combines Art & Technology to realize an idea. In this module, students will learn CorelDraw, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Scanning Technique. Corel Draw is a software tool to create Logos, Brochures, Web Graphics, Social Media Ads, Vector Art and illustrations. Adobe Photoshop is a software tool to organize, edit, and create images. Illustrator is a program to create Vector Illustrations, Charts, Graphs and Logos. InDesign is used for Book Designing, Editorial Designing, Interactive PDF Documents, Annual Reports, Multiple Page Brochures, iPad and desktop publishing.

WEB DESIGNING

Web designing requires various skills in the production and maintenance of websites including Web Graphic Design; Interface Design; Authoring, Standardized Coding and User Experience Design. In this module, students will learn to design web pages with latest technologies like HTML-5, XHTML, CSS3, Responsive Web Design (RWD), Bootstrap and XML. HTML 5 is used to describe the contents of a Web page. CSS is used to add visual appeal to the website content. Responsive Web Design responds to the user’s devices based on screen size, platform and orientation.

2D ANIMATION

Animation is the process of making the illusion of motion by the rapid display of a sequence of images. 2D animation creates movement in a two-dimensional artistic space. We will cover Adobe Animate and Sound Forge in this module. Adobe Animate is multimedia authoring program used to create 2d animation, videos, games, web applications and content for mobile devices.Adobe Animate is used extensively for projects that integrate sound, video, animation and graphics. We will also cover Sound Forge used by prolific artists, producers, and editors for audio editing.

SOFT SKILLS
