Pegaspargase 3750 iu/5ml is introduced for the treatment of patients with first-line acute lymphoblastic leukemia, acute lymphoblastic leukemia, and hypersensitivity to asparaginase. The pegaspargase 3750 iu/5ml vial should be administered intramuscularly or intravenously (IV). This injection should be administered no more frequently than every two weeks. Your health specialist will give you this medication. Kindly avoid self-administering this injection. If you miss/forget a dose of pegaspargase, take it as soon as possible. Although, if it is near the time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and catch your regular schedule. Never double the pegaspargase dose.
