I wasn't too thrilled with the movie although Linda Blair did an amazing job. I read The Exorcist by William Peter Blatty. I could totally be wrong but I think it might be based on a true story but in a fictional sort of way if that makes any sense.

Anyhoo I liked it but there were some gross moments. Totally understand why they weren't in the move. Down south. Crucifix. Fingers. Get the picture? It was better than the movie but for me the only thing creepy about the movie was the music and Ragen herself. The dialogue was odd. Was this translated?

Jessica Against Bruce by Francine Pascal

This was meant as a soap opera so it has that kind of feel. I don't get reading slumps but if you fall into one this might be the type of book to pull you out of it since it is a quick read that tends to be over the top. It is like crack which explains why I've been devouring them. There are quite a few of them too. Much more than the Fear Street books which is a series I happen to adore.

Wisteria Witches by Angela Pepper

This is a really fun book that I enjoyed a lot. It has a touch of the Demon Hunting Soccer Mom series by Julie Kenner with a dash of Charmed and the Undead series by MaryJanice Davidson. Zara moves to a new town with her teenage daughter where she finds out that she's a witch. She's a librarian and wackiness ensues. If you have Kindle Unlimited you should check it out. There are some really good indie books out there. Original link
