A person's contacts might be lost for a variety of reasons. A hacked account, and accidentally deleted list, or a system flaw might all be catastrophic to our contact list. If something like this happens, we can quickly recover our contacts by following these steps:
- Log in to your account at mail.yahoo.com.
- On the top-right corner of your screen, tap the contacts symbol.
- Then select “Import Contacts.” When you go to the contacts page, you'll get a list of all your connections, including sub-divisions like LinkedIn, Gmail, and other accounts.
- Choose your preferred contacts.
- By checking the box next to each contact you want to restore, you can choose all of them.
- “Restore from backup” should be selected.
That concludes the discussion. If you follow these procedures, you should be able to recover your Yahoo contacts. This procedure does not always work the first time. However, because this is the quickest and easiest way to do it, even if it does not work the first time, you should try again.
