Rizwan Shawl on Process Development

With a vast professional experience of over 17 years, Mr. Rizwan Shawl have worked in the industry,interacting with various general contractors and consultants, managing, coordinating and supervising theplanning, design, and operational phase of various sizes of projects and maintenance upgrades. His intense experience in implementing and monitoring the quality control, safety and environmentalprograms, operational audits, investigations, managing day to day operations and workforcedeployment, preparing reports and schedules, led him into construction of facilities (railways structures,tunnels, building envelope remediations, mechanical plant upgrades, roofing upgrades) as well.

Mr. Rizwan Shawl gave a speech on the importance of environmental and OHS legislations/guidelines,organizations’ accident/incident investigations, training employees, promoting site safety, incentiveprograms and creating an optimum team. “Developing and directing company objectives and safetypolicies in reports and quality documentation to support the corporate, local and federal guidelines areall important aspects of managing a developing team.”

Mr. Shawl’s participation and leading development of preventive

maintenance & health and safety programs, safe work procedures, risk assessment plans,

safety action plans, policies and procedures, leading up to but not limited to developing

He has played crucial role behind the scenes developing into a seasoned facilities manager with a vast knowledge in maintenance, construction and operations of various industries ranging, including commercial, educational, healthcare, and governmental sectors.
