SOFTSWISS, a software provider for the online game brand, said 37% of respondents had the highest rating in the previous year\'s survey.

"The share gap between fully satisfied customers in 2022 and 2023 proves we know how to handle feedback well," Tatiana Kaminskaya, head of SoftSwiss Games Aggregator, said in comments cited in the release carrying Friday\'s date.

SOFTSWISS said the investigation was by data analytics and consulting firm Kantar.

In overall service satisfaction with SOFTSWISS services, survey subjects rated 8.6 out of 10 in 2023 compared to 7.9 in 2022, the brand added.

SOFTSWISS said in an Aug. 3 press release that its game aggregator had topped 10 billion euros (currently $10.95 billion) in total bets "across all projects it serves" as of July.
