On January 18, 2023, we received an email from the integrity team at Trustpilot.com. Trustpilot reviewed our website & concluded we’re a ‘bad fit’ for Trustpilot. Therefore they decided to remove our page from Trustpilot.
We have disputed the decision
We have tried to dispute the decision. As a company, we understand how important reviews on an independent website are for customer trust. We have positioned ourselves as a trusted company, with over 100 (!) positive reviews on Trustpilot. Not only do reviews show how trusted our company is, but they also keep us accountable for striving for the best customer experience. We only want satisfied customers & don’t want any negative experiences for clients. That’s why we have disputed the decision at Trustpilot & later asked why our profile was deleted. As we could not find any possible violations by our company, we have asked why our company does not meet their requirements. They don’t want to engage with businesses that engage in the sale of social media accounts.
We’re sad to hear that, as we want to be as transparent as possible (with customers being able to leave reviews on independent websites).
