1. Recently Watched
The last book you finished reading
The Twilight by Meg Cabot
2. Top Picks
A book/books that have been recommended to you based on books you have previously read
I can't think of anything. I tend to find most of my reads by myself.
3. Recently Added
The last book you bought.
The Wind Through The Keyhole by Stephen King
4. Popular on Netflix
Books that everyone knows about (2 you've read and 2 you have no interest in reading)
I have no interest in reading Turtles All the Way Down or The Hate U Give. I gave The Hate U Gie three chapters and the writing style just didn't mesh with me. It was like walking on rocks. As for John Green I have no interest in reading or trying to read his books.
I was already a fan of Seanan McGuire so I picked up her newest series that everyone is raving about. I have read the first three Percy Jackson books so I will go back and reread them. I might see about reading the rest of Rick Riordan's books this year if the library cooperates. Shouldn't be difficult since they tend to have his books but unlike pretty much everyone else that included his adult books. I read his Tres Navarre series and the one stand alone adult books.
5. Comedies
A funny book
I really need to get back to this series. I think the first book is called Undead And Unwed by MaryJanice Davidson. Don't be scared away because it is a vampire book.
6. Dramas
A character who is a drama queen/king
Paul from The Mediator series is an asshole. Is that good enough? I might be a little bit of a drama queen.
7. Animated
A book with cartoons on the cover
Fan Girl and the paperback of Carry On by Rainbow Rowell
8. Watch It Again
A book/book series that you want to re-read
I've been collecting them in hardcover. I want to go back to The Vampire Chronicles/The Mayfair Witches by Anne Rice. I also want to go back and reread/read the rest of the Hollows series by Rachel Morgan.
9. Documentaries
A non-fiction book you'd recommend to everyone
I don't read nonfiction. Maybe once in a while but nothing I'd recommend. I do want to read that Erik Larson book that the name of escapes me. Something about White In The City.
10. Action and Adventure
An action packed book
The Wayward Children series packs quite a lot of punch for such little books. The first book had a lot going on and the only complaint I have is that it was too short.
11. New Releases
A book that just came out or will be coming out soon that you can't wait to read
I'm waiting for Renegades by Marissa Meyer from the library. I also want to read Before The Devil Breaks You by Libba Bray but I need to reread book one and read book two. I just hope another migraine doesn't pop up uninvited and unwanted like it did when I tried to read the second book last time. I don't want to associate her books with migraines since I've loved every book I've read by her so far.
12. Max: Tag some people!!
If anyone is reading this which is highly unlikely and you have a place to do it consider yourself tagged. I think I might attempt another review book although I've been having bad luck with them. I think the last three in a row have all been duds that I couldn't be bothered to finish but Furyborn looks good. I might go with that or another one.
