I’M YOUTUBE FAMOUS NOW: a book or series that deserves to be talked about way more
The Georgina Kincaid series by Richelle Mead needs more love. People always talk about Vampire Academy and the spin off Bloodlines but none of her other books are mentioned. I also love the October Daye series by Seanan McGuire.
WHAT HAD HAPPENED WAS: little storytime related to any of your reading experiences
When I was about six or so I had to read Charlotte's Web before I was allowed to check it out from the library first and for some reason the book has just stuck with me over the years. I ended up buying the book because I found it for like a buck and I'm a sucker for a bargain and a book.
I THINK NOT: a book you don’t think you will ever read
The Book Thief just doesn't appeal to me. I tried reading it and got confused. Maybe I'm too dumb for it.
THE TRUTH OF THE NATURE: an overhyped book
Anything by John Green. I just don't get it.
IN MYYY OPIIIIIINIONNN: one of your most unpopular bookish opinion
I will never get the illustrated Harry Potter books. Even though I love the series I think it is insane to have to pay that much for a book that I already own. Unless money starts raining in my bedroom it is very unlikely that I'll have multiple copies of the books. I'm not the fan that has to buy something because it is Harry Potter so I could give a shit about the two Harry Potter books that aren't really books at all.
HEY BOO: a very endeering book
Geekerella by Ashley Poston was just adorable.
GOOD MORNING TO YOU, YOU LIVE IN A SHOE: a fictional world/town/palce/household/etc you’d feel at home at.
I'd really like to go to Xanth. It would be fun to be in a world where stuff grows like pies and shoes and drinks.
THE PUPPIES: your fav fictional pet/animal companion
Gratch from the Sword Of Truth series. I just love his relationship with Richard even though he's absolutely terrifying.
ALEX: a sassy, funny, music loving character
Sage from Geekerella who I would love to see in a companion book or a novella. I just love her.
TONYA: your favourite fictional best friends
Since I can't think of any I'll go with Harry, Ron, and Hermione.
PETER: a corky, wise AF, big hearted character
I guess I'll go with Gandalf. Who wouldn't want to get words of wisdom from a wizard? Sorry not sorry but I think Dumbledore's an asshole.
