Allah has beautifully expressed the incident of Prophet Solomon AS in the Quran. He asked Allah, My Lord, Forgive me and grant me a kingdom such as will not belong to anyone after me. Indeed, you are the bestower. (Quran 38:35) You know what Allah granted his supplication and Solomon was given a kingdom that was given to no one after him. He ruled the whole world, the humans, the demons, the birds and every living thing. Allah made the wind subservient to Solomon, he could control anything at his will, and even the jinn also came under his control. SubhanAllah! It was his dua that he strived for forgiveness first and then asked Allah for his bounties. Thus, Allah granted him the most magnificent kingdom.
