I was feeling very lousy on day 3, and thus skipped the workout in the name of rest day, I am going through something in my personal life that made me soo stressed that I just gave up, but guys I learnt an important lesson,
If u can't control your emotions then you can't control your success, there are two voices inside us, one is asking us to do the right thing and the other is a bug huge monster who feeds on our distractions, it's all onto us who we feed, the one we feed becomes our identity.
Situations in my life are still the same but my day today changed because I took a decision to feed the right voice.
Day 4 done n dusted
60 incline pushups, 520 mountain climbers, 100 v ups
