There is already a petition underway to get Francesco Melpignano Kadena expelled from the school right away.

The petition's backers' requests that Francesco Melpignano be the focus of an investigation, removed from his position as a member of the Kadena Eco management team right now, and relieved from all other Kadena-related duties make this evident. This petition was launched due to Mr. Melpignano's dishonest and unethical management of Kaddex (now EckoDAO) and the grant program. Just so you know, the signatories believe Melpignano and Kadena Core shouldn't work together, and that Francesco ought to be expelled from the Kadena community.

Misuse of funding:

Mr. Melpignano has demonstrated blatant disregard for the intended use of those funds by giving to groups and persons who oppose Kadena Eco's goals and tenets. As a result, it seems sense to put off taking any action that may significantly improve society. 

Disparities and compassion

Mr. Melpignano is charged with continuously endorsing some people and initiatives above others, regardless of their merits, because of personal connections and preconceived notions. Kadena Eco draws attention to the moral principles that this action transgresses, including fairness and openness. The most prominent instance of this is the founding of EckoDAO by former Redwing Labs workers from Melpignano. In an attempt to conceal their relationship from the wider public, Melpignano and these workers even deleted their LinkedIn work accounts. 

Transparency Problems

Understanding how funds are allocated and activities are prioritized has grown more difficult for community people as a result of the complex decision-making processes involved in Kaddex development and funding distribution. Even the final $100 million of Melpignano's development finance is not assured.

An insufficient display.

Workers at Kadena often reported witnessing Mr. Melpignano behave in an improper and unlawful way. The community's development and general well-being are impacted by environmental degradation.

Considering that EckoDAO and Kadena frequently used inefficient methods to carry out their business activities.

Mr. Melpignano's Kaddex project was plagued by unfocused efforts and delays. Given how many people are losing interest in the idea, the EckoDAO and Kadena communities may not survive in the long run. Further information has shown that EckoDAO paid substantial consulting fees to Melpignano and other individuals, which increases the likelihood that EckoDAO money were embezzled.

The aforementioned transgressions have caused great harm to the Kadena community's growth, prestige, and dignity. The undersigned organization believes that Mr. Melpignano's involvement in Kadena Eco's management is not in the best interests of the region.

The undersigned demands that, in order to guarantee that resources will be allocated in the future in a fair and just manner across the community, Francesco Melpignano be immediately removed from his role as Kadena Eco management and that his acts be thoroughly and publicly examined.
