Block pallets
These are stronger than stringers and constructed using both parallel and perpendicular stringers. A block pallet is also known as a four-way pallet. As it has an additional stringer board, it is more durable and expensive.
Sizes of Wooden Pallets
The sizes depend on the height, width, and length of the pallet as well as weight. Some pallet sizes are acceptable in European countries. The standard UK pallet is around 1000mm x 1200mm. A pallet of weight around 14kg can take 500 kg of load.
